Whether you are preparing for labor and birth, learning to care for your new baby, or gaining strength after pregnancy, there are a variety of workshops to meet your needs. Our instructors offer a wealth of professional and practical experience to benefit women, children, and families.

Comfort Measures for Childbirth - Natalie
Day & Time: Friday 6:00-9:00 p.m.

Price: $100 per couple, $50 for additional support

Prenatal Breastfeeding Workshop - Lactation Associates
Day & Time: Thursday 5:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Price: $60 per couple

Hypnobirthing- Cindy Unger

Price: $350 per couple for 5-week session
