Individual Private Yoga Sessions
These private Yoga sessions are perfect for those of you who have full lives. Maybe Life is too busy, there are too many excuses to not take care of yourself. Maybe your body doesn’t look, move, feel the way it “used to” or like other women going to Yoga. Maybe Yoga is new to you. With mindful awareness and extreme self care, we will explore all the benefits that a Yoga practice can bring to any body at any time in Life. With personal attention, we will work to find what DOES work, what FEELS right and how to ALLOW for the process of change to unfold in your body and life RIGHT NOW. We will honor the limitations that can present themselves in life and in all bodies by using supported postures and breath awareness as well as therapeutics like self massage and aromatherapy. These sessions are perfect for small groups as well, arranging the times that work best for your schedule.
- 60 minutes sessions, $50. Series of 4*, $180
- 90 minute sessions, $85. Series of 4*, $300
- Groups of 2 or more receive $10 discount per person.
