Prenatal Yoga
Yoga is an excellent way to prepare your body for all of the changes it goes through during pregnancy, childbirth and Mothering. It teaches strength and stamina, as well as concentration and breath control, invaluable tools during labor and birth. Yoga can be beneficial for every stage of pregnancy, and during this ever-changing time, it offers many tools for self-awareness, relaxation and connection with your baby. In these wonderfully nourishing classes, we will create community, explore childbirth options, self care and many other tools to assist you on your journey into Motherhood. My Yoga classes are gentle in nature, with plenty of opportunity to expand on previous experience, or to discover Yoga for the first time.
